Lauren is a probity specialist with extensive experience supporting public sector clients across both probity advisory and probity audit engagements. She brings a practical and considered approach to helping clients meet their probity obligations with confidence, providing advice that is rigorous and defensible while remaining clear and actionable for the teams she works with. Her experience spans the procurement lifecycle, from planning and market engagement through to evaluation and contract award. She has worked across different industry sectors as well as different procurement models. Lauren has operated at all levels of the procurement process, engaging directly with evaluation panels and project teams as well as supporting senior governance and executive stakeholders. Through her advisory work, Lauren leads the development of probity plans, maintains real-time process oversight, conducts thorough document and evaluation reviews, and can advise on complex conflicts of interest matters. She develops and applies fit-for-purpose probity frameworks calibrated to the specific context of each engagement, and provides clear advice to support risk mitigation and strengthen the integrity and defensibility of key processes.
